
(The Egyptian Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, approved a comprehensive package of strategic decisions aimed at boosting industry, investment, housing, and urban development.
Key approvals include the establishment of the “Suez University Integrated Services Company” to maximize the university’s self-generated resources, and the creation of the “New Ghazl El-Mahalla Spinning and Weaving Company” as part of the state-owned business sector restructuring plan.
Additionally, the Cabinet greenlit an investment fund dedicated to restructuring and financing distressed factories across various industrial sectors.
In the housing and real estate sector, the Cabinet endorsed the Ministerial Engineering Committee’s recommendations for multiple national projects, approved the offering of 5,000 residential units under the lease-to-own system within the “Socio-Housing” program, and finalized the regulatory framework for compensation committees concerning buildings of distinguished architectural heritage
