Arab Developers Holding Signs $2.6M Land Transfer Agreement for First Phase of “Porto Dead Sea”

Arab Developers Holding announced that its Jordanian subsidiary, Porto Dead Sea, has officially signed a land ownership transfer contract valued at $2.6 million with the Jordanian Free and Development Zones Group. The agreement covers an 8,000-square-meter parcel within the first beachfront phase of the “Porto Dead Sea” project, marking a key milestone toward completing the necessary legal and regulatory procedures for implementation.

The signing aligns with the company’s broader strategy to advance the development of Porto Dead Sea, a flagship integrated tourism, entertainment, and hospitality destination backed by an estimated total investment of $362 million. Spanning a total area of approximately 800,000 square meters—comprising a 20,000-square-meter beachfront plot and a 780,000-square-meter hillside plot—the landmark master development will feature serviced apartments, luxury hotels, retail outlets, restaurants, and event venues.

Dr. Ayman Bin Khalifa, CEO and Managing Director of Arab Developers Holding, highlighted that the project serves as a cornerstone for diversifying the company’s revenue streams by expanding into Jordan’s growing tourism sector. He noted that finalized land transfer coincides with the completion of construction works for this initial phase, unlocking immediate value from ready-to-sell units estimated at $8.5 million.

He further emphasized that building a multifaceted portfolio of sales and recurring operational income will enhance financial resilience, mitigate market risks, and support sustainable earnings growth as project development progresses. Arab Developers Holding continues to execute its regional growth strategy, focusing on asset development and premier hospitality destinations across key markets.
