Inside the $250M Superyacht Empire of the World’s Youngest Real Estate Billionaire

The 348-foot superyacht Amadea serves as both a floating palace and a high-seas headquarters for Abbas Sajwani, the 27-year-old founder of AHS Properties and the world’s youngest real estate billionaire, according to a Forbes report.

Valued at $250 million, the vessel features luxurious amenities such as a custom gold elevator, a Thassos marble bar, and a hand-painted Pleyel baby grand piano.

Sajwani acquired the yacht at a secret U.S. government auction after it was previously seized from Russian oligarch Suleiman Kerimov.

Beyond his impressive maritime assets, Sajwani is making aggressive waves in the global real estate market.

The Dubai-based mogul—son of billionaire DAMAC Properties founder Hussain Sajwani—recently finalized a massive $300 million acquisition of the Shangri-La Dubai.

Since launching AHS Properties in 2021, the young entrepreneur has shifted his focus from renovating ultra-luxury villas in Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah to developing high-end residential towers along the Dubai Water Canal, propelling his net worth to an estimated $1.9 billion.
