Construction Begins on “Citystars Park St.” in New Cairo: A EGP 100 Billion Landmark Project

Sky Innovo Developments has officially commenced construction on the first phase of “Citystars Park St.,” a premier mixed-use destination in New Cairo. With investments exceeding EGP 100 billion, the project is set to redefine urban living by seamlessly integrating luxury business hubs, world-class hospitality, and high-end residential spaces.

The first phase introduces “Park St. Signature Offices,” offering premium workspaces managed with hotel-style hospitality standards, alongside exclusive “Presidential Offices” designed for top-tier executives.

The business precinct is complemented by comprehensive facilities, including state-of-the-art meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and refined leisure amenities.

A cornerstone of this phase is the integrated “Fairmont” experience, managed by the renowned Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

This includes a luxury hotel with 174 rooms, sophisticated branded residences, and over 80 extended-stay units, all supported by premium wellness facilities such as a spa, gym, and indoor swimming pool.

Spanning 140,000 square meters with a total built-up area of 560,000 square meters, Citystars Park St. boasts a prime 1.2-kilometer frontage on the Ring Road, ensuring exceptional accessibility.

The project is being developed in strict accordance with LEED sustainability standards and features smart architectural designs aimed at optimizing energy efficiency.
