AAIB Develops the Next Generation of CEOs

Over the past three years, Arab African International Bank (AAIB) has continued to expand its learning and development ecosystem, equipping employees with opportunities to strengthen their capabilities and prepare for future leadership roles.

Today, more than 3,000 AAIB employees have access to a wide range of learning opportunities, including:

• Udemy Business, an AI-powered digital learning platform.

• Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), through learning opportunities in technology and innovation.

• Internally developed initiatives, including the AI Champions Program, Gamified Simulation League, specialized academies, and “The Catalyst” internal rotation program.

• Interactive experiences exploring how AI can enhance the workplace, while reinforcing critical thinking and informed decision-making.

The Bank also recently celebrated the graduation of members of its senior management team from Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Program.

During the celebration, AAIB’s Vice Chairman and Managing Director stated a key message:
