ORA Iraq has officially signed a major construction contract with CRC Dorra to execute Phase One of its flagship development, Madinat Al Ward.
The high-profile signing ceremony took place in the presence of Eng. Naguib Sawiris, Chairman of ORA Developers, and Eng. Mohamed Dorra, Vice Chairman of Dorra Group.
This milestone follows the successful completion of earthworks and ground preparation by POWERCHINA, clearing the way for vertical construction to begin.
Bringing over 80 years of engineering and regional expertise, CRC Dorra—the contracting arm of Dorra Group—will leverage its extensive capabilities to bring ORA’s visionary masterplan to life.
