Egypt’s VIE Communities Partners with Sarh Construction for EGP 10bln First Phase of “VIE Collective”
Egyptian developer VIE Communities, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Sarh Construction. Under the agreement, Sarh Construction will undertake the construction of the first phase of VIE Collective, an integrated residential flagship project in New Cairo, with a contract value totaling approximately EGP 10 billion.
The first phase of the development features a diverse portfolio of residential units, including, stand-alone Villas, twin Houses and townhouses, luxury Apartments.
Designed with varied layouts to cater to a wide range of client needs, the project aims to redefine integrated living by blending spatial efficiency with architectural excellence. VIE Collective stands as one of the most prominent residential landmarks currently under development in the New Cairo district.
