Madinet Masr Launches ETAJE Project in Taj City with EGP 6.6 Billion Sales Target.

Madinet Masr has officially launched ETAJE, its latest residential and mixed-use project located on the final available residential plot within Taj City in New Cairo.

Valued at approximately EGP 6.6 billion in targeted sales, the project spans 26.4 feddans and enjoys a strategic location directly on the Ring Road.

ETAJE features 20 residential buildings comprising around 600 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, with sizes between 37 and 133 square meters.

Designed to be completed within four years, the project prioritizes a balanced living environment, integrating expansive green spaces, water features, a 450-meter pedestrian green spine, and dedicated cycling lanes to promote a healthy, active community lifestyle.
