MBG Developments has announced a strategic partnership with Hilton to launch the Hilton Garden Inn Doray Bay Ras El Barr, marking the hotel brand’s debut in Egypt’s Nile Delta.
The hotel will be a centerpiece of the Doray Bay project, a premier mixed-use waterfront development executed in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
Featuring 160 guestrooms, the hotel will offer direct sea views and prime proximity to the beach.
Guests will have access to premium amenities, including diverse dining options, a fitness center, a spa, and extensive event spaces, all situated above the project’s main retail district.
This development is part of a larger, vibrant destination featuring the Delta’s first 1.1-kilometre seaside promenade, a yacht marina, and a sea pier.
With handovers scheduled for 2027, the project reflects a commitment to Egypt’s Vision 2030, aiming to expand hotel capacity and support the country’s goal of welcoming 30 million annual visitors.
