
Capitalizing on two decades of excellence in industrial development, Polaris Parks has officially launched “Polaris Homes,” its new strategic arm dedicated to premium residential real estate.
This milestone marks the company’s expansion from its established industrial portfolio—spanning over 10 million square meters—into the residential sector, positioning Polaris as the first Turkish developer to enter the Egyptian market at this scale.
The company’s inaugural projects, “Özel Villas” and “Özel Residences,” are strategically located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, directly on Al Nozha Street.
These boutique, low-density developments are designed to blend contemporary Turkish architectural aesthetics with high-end living standards.
The projects offer a diverse range of units, with apartments starting from 132 square meters and villas from 247 square meters, all set within lush, green-centric landscapes.
