Adeer International, the global investment arm of Saudi Arabia’s Sumou Holding Group, has announced a strategic expansion plan targeting 35 countries by 2035.
Building on its presence in key international markets—including the UK, Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, and Switzerland—the company showcased its growing footprint during a media briefing in Cairo.
Founder and CEO Eng. Bassel El-Serafy highlighted Adeer’s model as a strategic investment partner that bridges capital, execution expertise, and market opportunities.
Following its entry into Egypt with “Adeer Plaza” in 2024, the company has forged major alliances, including the EGP 70 billion “Sumou Boulevard” project in Mostakbal City alongside Paragon Developments and MIDAR, as well as a USD 2 billion hospitality alliance with Hassan Allam, MIDAR, and Sumou Investment.
Chief Investment Officer Ahmed Helmy underscored Sumou Holding’s solid financial foundation, managing SAR 55 billion across 15 real estate funds, and noted Adeer’s track record, which includes £625 million in assets under management in the UK across prime assets like Amazon’s logistics center and Corinthia Hotels units.
