Beyti Highlights Sustainable Manufacturing Leadership and Strategic Partnerships on World Sustainability Day

Marking World Sustainability Day, Beyti—an Almarai subsidiary—hosted an awareness session titled “From Ambition to Impact,” showcasing its strategy to embed environmental and social sustainability across its operations in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030.

The event featured key government officials and focused on national frameworks for sustainable food and beverage manufacturing, alongside the crucial role of private-sector partnerships in driving green innovation.

Guided by its “Doing Better Every Day” strategy, Beyti highlighted landmark achievements, including the operation of Egypt’s largest grid-connected solar power plant in the food sector, a partial transition to natural gas, and robust circular economy initiatives that recycle thousands of tonnes of cartons annually.

Furthermore, the company reported significant socioeconomic contributions, having invested over EGP 7 billion in Egypt with an additional EGP 8.7 billion plan for 2025–2027, supporting nearly 25,000 direct and indirect jobs, and advancing community health, farming, and youth empowerment programs.
