Modon Developments, in collaboration with Bin Baz Developments, has announced a major strategic partnership with the prestigious British hospitality brand, Campbell Gray Hospitality.
This agreement aims to manage and operate premium hotel components and branded residential services within two flagship projects: the Modon Golf Town in the Sixth Settlement, East Cairo, and the Villagio Gray compound in 6th of October City.
The Villagio Gray project, a 22-acre development situated on the Dahshour Link, represents an 11-billion EGP investment.
The compound offers a master-planned lifestyle featuring luxury villas and apartments, with 80% of the residential units being villas, all supported by Campbell Gray’s signature hospitality services.
Additionally, Modon Golf Town will feature a 110-room hotel and serviced residences, emphasizing sustainable, golf-integrated living.
This collaboration aligns with Modon Developments’ broader strategy to integrate world-class hospitality standards into the Egyptian real estate market.
With extensive project portfolios spanning the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, and the North Coast, Modon continues to achieve rapid construction milestones, including the near-completion of its landmark towers and unique lifestyle projects, such as the upcoming football academy in partnership with Francesco Totti.
