New Plan Developments Targets 1,700 Unit Deliveries and EGP 2.5bn in Construction Spending for 2026
New Plan Developments has announced an aggressive execution strategy for 2026, targeting the delivery of 1,700 units and boosting total delivered units to approximately 3,100 across Egypt.
Led by Chairman Walid Khalil, the company is allocating EGP 2.5bn to construction investments this year, reinforcing its commitment to project quality, timely delivery, and financial sustainability.
During a recent press tour in the New Administrative Capital, Khalil emphasized that physical execution and delivery timelines are now the ultimate indicators of developer reliability.
With a diversified portfolio spanning nine projects in the New Capital, New Cairo, Port Said, and the North Coast—alongside future expansion plans in Sheikh Zayed and the Red Sea—New Plan Developments is on track to achieve its ambitious EGP 6bn sales target by year-end while maintaining high sales rates across its prominent developments.
