Al Ahly Sabbour Accelerates Development Across North Coast Projects
Al Ahly Sabbour has reaffirmed its leadership in Egypt’s coastal real estate sector by showcasing significant construction progress across its flagship North Coast projects.
During an extensive media tour of its developments in Sidi Abdel Rahman, Ras El Hekma, and Sidi Heneish—spanning a total of 1,225 feddans—the company highlighted its commitment to sustainable, integrated urban design.
With total construction investments currently reaching EGP 13 billion, the developer is actively managing over 4,500 units and remains on track to deliver approximately 1,000 units throughout 2026.
The tour provided key updates on the company’s versatile portfolio, including the residential and tourism-focused developments of AMWAJ, GAIA, SUMMER, and YOUD.
Notable progress includes the near-completion of GAIA’s second phase at 99%, and the ongoing construction at SUMMER, where the first phase of development is currently underway.
Furthermore, the YOUD project is making significant strides, with 600 units already delivered and an additional 700 units currently under construction, ensuring panoramic sea views for the majority of its residents.
Eng. Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized that these developments reflect the company’s long-standing strategy of transforming master plans into vibrant, living communities.
