Cityscape is set to host its inaugural Cityscape North Coast exhibition in New Alamein City from July 23rd to July 25th, 2026.
This milestone event aims to capitalize on the region’s unprecedented growth, marked by over EGP 240 billion in investments in New Alamein alone and a surging annual real estate sales growth rate of up to 75%.
The three-day exhibition will feature more than 20 top-tier real estate developers, showcasing diverse projects aligned with Egypt Vision 2030.
The initiative supports the national goal of transforming the North Coast into a fully integrated, year-round urban and tourism hub.
By providing a dedicated platform for investors and developers, the event highlights the region’s increasing appeal as a prime destination for both domestic and international buyers, particularly those from the GCC seeking second homes.
Dr. Eng. Mohamed KhalafAllah, Head of New Alamein City Authority, noted that hosting this international exhibition reinforces New Alamein’s status as a sustainable, world-class city and a centerpiece of the Alamein 2026 season.
