Times Developments Unveils EGP 30 Billion Expansion Strategy and Self-Financing Model in Egypt

Times Developments, under the leadership of Chairman Eng. Ahmed El Sergany, has announced a robust expansion strategy in the Egyptian market, backed by a total of EGP 30 billion in construction investments over the past two years.

Operating entirely on a self-financing model, the company fully funds its land acquisitions and projects without relying on bank debt, providing exceptional operational resilience against market and cost fluctuations.

As part of its long-term growth plan, Times Developments is evaluating new land acquisitions in West Cairo, the Red Sea, and the North Coast to tap into the thriving second-home and hospitality sectors.

The developer is a pioneer of the Boutique Compounds concept in Egypt, ensuring low-density residential communities where built-up areas do not exceed 15%, prioritizing green spaces, smart technologies, and maximum privacy.

Currently holding a land portfolio exceeding 55 feddans in East Cairo—including the 34-feddan Aster and 21-feddan Avelin projects—the company focuses on premium strategic locations and completing substantial construction prior to project launches.

Notably, the first phase of Aster Residence in New Cairo’s Golden Square, comprising 450 units, is on track for delivery by the end of this year.
